• Orders & Payments – All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major payment methods for your convenience.

• Shipping & Delivery – Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Returns & Exchanges – We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Product Availability – We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but in the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.

• Liability – We are not responsible for minor variations in color, fit, or design due to manufacturing processes.

• Color Disclaimer - Due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device displays, the actual color of our t-shirts may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

• Policy Updates – We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Orders & Approvals – All custom orders must be reviewed and approved before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

• Payment – Full payment is required before production begins. Bulk orders may qualify for special pricing.

• Production & Delivery – Turnaround times vary based on order size and design complexity. We strive to meet deadlines but are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Returns & Refunds – Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace defective or incorrect items if reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Artwork Charges (if applicable) - Our artwork fees cover the time and expertise needed to prepare your design for high-quality printing. Simple modifications may be free, while more complex designs may incur additional charges. We will always provide a quote before starting any design work.

• Design & Copyright – Customers must have rights to any artwork submitted. Name Droppers is not liable for copyright infringement on customer-submitted designs.

• Liability – We are not responsible for slight color variations or minor discrepancies in size.

• Please note: Custom imprinted apparel requires a minimum order of 12 pieces.
